What is it?

The Energy Alignment Method (EAM) is a self-help technique created by Yvette Taylor for people looking to transform their lives for the better. EAM can let you tune into your own energy and understand the underlying issue, and allow you to discover what is really holding you back.

What can it be used for?

EAM can be used to let go of stress, overwhelm, physical or emotional pain, bad memories, and traumatic experiences. EAM is also now an internationally recognised complementary therapy which I am qualified in (as shown below).

How does it work?

EAM can let you release stress, fear, overwhelm and negative thoughts. Once you release what held you back, you can take on a new, positive feeling, thought, emotion, or belief. When you master your own energy with EAM, you’ll feel more empowered, and have the ability to change what you think and how you feel. EAM works with 5 simple steps.

5 Simple Steps:

  1. You Ask: ask ourselves simple yet powerful questions to identify the real resistance.

  2. You Move: your body and energy will respond.

  3. You Experience: We assess how you are experiencing that resistance right now.

  4. You Transform: following a powerful formula we change the resistant energy, thought, or belief.

  5. You Manifest: your energy is now ready to create or manifest anything you choose. A new situation, scenario, belief, emotions, or way of being.
